What is the status of my order? To check the status
of an order, click on the Order Status link on the home
page. This will provide tracking information of shipments.
Only orders shipped Prioirty or Express have tracking
information available.
Backordered items Orders with out of stock items
usually ship within 10 days of the original date of
purchase. If an order cannot be shipped due to an item
being backordered longer, a partial order will be shipped.
When the item(s) are back in stock, the remainder of
the order will be shipped at no additional cost to the
customer. If an item is backordered for longer than
30 days, we will contact the customer directly and make
arrangements for a refund or substitution of the backordered
product.
Change or Cancel an open order To change or
cancel an open order you need to call or e-mail Customer
Service as soon as possible. If an order has already
shipped the order cannot be canceled and will be handled
as a return. See our return policy.
What do I do if my order did not arrive? All
Priority and Express orders are shipped out with USPS
tracking numbers. You can access tracking information
of your order at www.USPS.com. If the package is shown
as delivered, check around your house to see if it was
left at another entrance or under something to keep
it safe and dry. Check with neighbors to see if they
might have signed for the package or been delivered
to the wrong house. If the package remains missing,
call or e-mail Customer Service for further assistance.
Missing Parts If you find that a part or item
is missing, e-mail Customer Service for assistance.
The item may be on backorder or in a second shipment.
All missing item claims must be received within 24 hours
of receipt of the shipment. If the manufacturer did
not include the item in the original packaging we will
contact them directly and have the item shipped to you.
I received the wrong item, what do I do? Please
e-mail Customer Service to report shipping errors within
3 days of package receipt. We will ship out the correct
item upon receipt of the item you are returning. The
items will be shipped USPS Priority.
Promotion and Coupons Promotion and Coupon codes
are entered during checkout. Once the code has been
entered and verified the amount of the order will be
adjusted automatically. If you have issues using a coupon
or promotion code please contact Customer Service.

Return Policy & Procedures Can I return unopened
and/or unused items? Unopened and unused products
returned for credit to your credit card will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned
complete with the entire original manufacturer's packaging,
manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts
and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject
to additional charges at our discretion. Unopened and
unused products returned for in-store credit will not
be subject to the 15% restocking fee. However, merchandise
must still be returned complete with the entire original
manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty
cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete
returns will be subject to additional charges at our
discretion. Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping
box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings
on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking
fees at our discretion. We can?t send someone a gun
with your packing label slapped on it, nor would you
like that either.
Clearance and/or Special items cannot be returned.
They are sold "AS IS" and come with a manufacturer's
warranty.
Can I return opened and/or used items? We do
not accept used items. If you have a warranty issue
please contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Part of the cost of these products includes warranty
service from these experienced and qualified companies.
If you send us your products and we determine that we
cannot accept it, we will contact you and either return
it to you or forward it to the manufacturer for repair
at your cost.

What is your policy on defective equipment? We
do not accept returns for open and/or used equipment.
When the equipment you receive is defective or breaks
while still under warrantee, we suggest you refer to
the list of manufacturers on how to contact them about
their product. Any item returned to us that is not damaged
will be returned to you.
How do I return my product? If you need to return
something to us, you must e-mail us for your Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number
must be CLEARLY indicated on the package being returned.
Returns received without an RMA number may be subject
to refusal. If we are unable to determine whom the item
belongs to, it will be returned to the sender, and we
will not be able to process any refund you might be
due. Please use a traceable carrier when returning items
and insure all packages for your own protection. We
are not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged packages.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
How do I exchange a product? If you would like
to exchange a product for a different product or products,
e-mail Customer Service.
Payment & Billing Information
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept
checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
All orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Checks must clear
before items will be sent. When will my credit appear
on my account after a return? Your credit card will
be credited within 1 to 2 business days following the
day we receive the returned item(s), inspected them,
and accepted them for return. Please read our return
policy carefully. You may not be eligible for a full
refund on your order.
How do I get a copy of my invoice? An invoice
will be e-mailed to you and will also be included in
your shipment. You can also access your recent invoices
by logging into the "My Account" section at
playmorepaintball.com. If you need any assistance accessing
your account, please e-mail us.
Must I pay sales tax? New York State residents
must pay sales tax.
I have a question about charges on my credit card?
If you have any questions about charges on your
credit card, please e-mail Customer Service as soon

Shipping Information Shipping Procedure To avoid
fraudulent charges, orders must be shipped to the billing
address unless otherwise specified. The address must
be authorized on Credit Card.

How much is shipping? Shipping will be determined
during the checkout phase of your purchase.
I upgraded my shipping when will it arrive? USPS
is the preferred carrier of playmorepaintball.com. During
checkout please fill in all required fields and verify
that your address is correct. USPS will only ship (Monday
- Saturday). Keep in mind that 2-day service shipped
Thursday will arrive Monday. USPS shipping charges may
vary from published rates due to handling charges incorporated
into the shipping cost. The standard USPS shipping services
are as follows: All shipping estimates are calculated
from the original shipping date and not the date your
order was placed. USPS First Class is the standard domestic
shipping service to the 48 contiguous states. Estimate
delivery times using 12941 Zip Code as the package origin.
ESTIMATED arrival in the Eastern U.S. is 1-2 business
days. The Midwest U.S. ESTIMATED arrival time is 3-4
business days. ESTIMATED arrival time in the Western
U.S. can expect arrival in 5-6 business days. Playmorepaintball.com
business days are Monday thru Friday. We do not guarantee
the delivery time of any order. Shipping costs will
not be refunded for delayed deliveries. Deliveries can
be delayed for any number of reasons. Most delays are
due to weather conditions. Plan orders and choose payment
options appropriately. Listed above are the standard
recommended services. A tracking number will be sent
to you via e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Items that require special handling Certain
items can only be shipped via ground. Any items that
contain a pressurized gas or liquid must be shipped
via ground service.
Is a signature required for my package? All
orders over $1000.00 require an adult signature at the
time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for
the package the carrier will leave instructions but
will not leave the package. This is standard operating
procedure (SOP) for all high value products to ensure
security.
I received someone else's order. In the event
that you receive someone else's order, please contact
us at cs@playmorepaintball.com for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item.
International Orders We ship anywhere in the
U.S and Canada but shipping costs do vary so please
e-mail us at cs@playmorepaintball.com for a shipping
quote. International orders: we declare the exact purchase
price as the value of the goods when completing the
customs declaration. We will neither check the "gift"
box nor under declare the value.
